Strengths: Very fast memory-write time--this is the fastest CF card for the Nikon D70
Weaknesses: A bit pricey--but very much worth it.
Summary: Until I conducted a fair amount of research, I had no idea that the write speed of a CF card made that much difference. If you shoot in continuous mode (and/or in extreme temperatures), this is a very smart buy.

Strengths: Fast card, lifetime warranty
Weaknesses: none
Summary: 2005-12-02 05:46:46 I noticed this card was faster taking pictures and downloading to the computer than compact flash 1. It came with a lifetime warranty and a nice neoprene card holder. It also came with software to rescue accidentally deleted files. I ordered it from New egg and received it very fast. I needed more storage to enjoy my new SLR digital camera.

Strengths: Excellent read/write performance. Love the warranty.
Weaknesses: Price. Compare with similar models on pricegrabber.
Summary: I must say, this card lives up to its price. Fast read/write times on my Sandisk USB 2.0 card reader, and clippy performance on my Powershot S70. Of course, performance varies greatly by camera and shooting mode, but this thing still tops similar brands. And you can't ignore the warranty ("SanDisk will repair or replace this Extreme Card free of charge if it ever fails for as long as you own the memory card or as long as SanDisk is manufacturing Extreme cards"). Not sure if SanDisk specifies which ever comes first, but anyway, just make sure you register the product within 30 days of your purchase to enroll in this warranty period.

Strengths: Speed
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I purchased this card to store programs for use in my PDA. I hoped that there would not be any noticeable difference between the card and on-board memory. As I hoped, the card performs flawlessly.

Strengths: Extreme speed!!
Weaknesses: Not found yet!
Summary: This is my second Sandisk CF card. My first one is UltraII 256M with which I pretty satisfied. I used to shoot photos under -20 degree "Celsius" for more than one week and it worked totally fine. It really hard to imagine that how this this Extreme series can perform better than it. Anyway, based on my previous experience, I have confidence to recommend this tough guy to you. It is a good buy.

Strengths: Fast, Low Power, "Any temperature"
Weaknesses: None
Summary: We purchased this to replace an old 340MB IBM Microdrive for our Canon S20 camera. With the old drive, we would get about 30-40 shots before a battery would die, and could only take a picture about every 5 seconds. With this card the battery (without preview on) lasts about 300 shots with little to no penalty for turning it on/off, and it can now take about every 2.5 seconds (yr. 2000 camera). The best part is that when it is inserted into my laptop, I no longer need to worry about it getting too hot.

Strengths: Fast and efficient
Weaknesses: expensive
Summary: I bought this as it is the only product in the market tested for extreme weather conditions. It has a tested range of upto 130F. AZ weather conditions (it goes upto 120F here in summer) required me to go for this without doubt.
Using it with a new Nikon 8700 camera.
It also comes with a Sandisk lifetime warranty which is unbeatable.

Strengths: very fast, perfect for high end digital cameras
Weaknesses: none
Summary: It's worth the money.
I strongly advice this compact flash card for anybody interested in having very fast memory.
I used it with my pda as well and it's definitely faster than my old 256 mb regular sandisk compact flash.
