2 Star ReviewSubstitute antenna for sirius
Strengths: looks and feels the same and seems to work
Weaknesses: brown attachment needs work update: getting no antenna signals quite often which is a major concern. connection is too loose once you cut off covering.
Summary: 2006-03-05 16:31:29 Overall, a good buy for the money although i have owned this for two days now. It is a cheaper alternative for sirius radios and is great for use in a second car. Sirius charges almost as much for an antenna as for the entire unit i purchased (XACT visor) which is ridiculous. You have to adjust or even cut the attachement on this antenna to make it work. Not sure why this is the case but it is. Once you do so, it appears to work, at least with my XACT Visor in the NY metro area.
