Strengths: Well made, energy efficient
Weaknesses: Limited Storage, Taller than most
Summary: We bought this Bosch counter depth refrigerator because it integrates very well with our kitchen and we have had good luck with Bosch appliances. We also plan on remodeling with Bosch cooking appliances and wanted the entire kitchen to be the same brand. The unit is very quiet in operation - this applies to the compressor and the icemaker. I have had no problems with anything thus far and everything works as advertised. This refrigerator is so tall that it barely squeezes into the opening in our kitchen and the top protrusions actually make contact with the overhead cabinets. This means that we can't raise the front adjustments to level it, so the doors don't quite self close - but this has not proven to be a problem. Just make sure you measure the vertical height of your space! I had reservations about a side-by-side because of the lack of freezer space for large items but reconsidered when I realized we had a refrigerator downstairs and a freezer in the garage, so there wasn't really a need for a giant french door refrigerator. This refrigerator is one of the few made in the USA. The quality is very high. It's very easy to clean the shelves are readily removed and returned. Overall, very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.
