Strengths: Very comfortable, clean and convenient
Weaknesses: relatively expensive
Summary: I have been using Acuvue 1-Day contact lenses for more than 3 years. I am very happy with it and plan to stick to it in the future. They are very comfortable. Sometimes, I even forget I am wearing contact lenses. Since they are daily disposal, it is very clean and convenient. Highly recommended.

Strengths: Nice fitting. Clean.
Weaknesses: Expensive
Summary: These lenses are recommended by our doctor, and they work great. Lenses fit nicely, and a wide range of lenses are available. They are designed for wearing only one day, so you wear clean lenses every day and do not have to worry about sterilizing lenses. They are a little expensive, but mail-in rebates are often available when you buy many (8 or 12) boxes.

Strengths: Stays 'wet', comfortable
Weaknesses: Price
Summary: The 1 day acuve moist is much better than my previous Focus Dailies. It stays wet even until late at night whereas the the Focus tends to dry out around 6 PM (I put them in in the morning). Plus it is rewetted easily and stays wet with the rewetting drops if you need to (if you have dry eye).

It also has the 1,2,3 marking to see which side is the right way up. Alas, without contacts in, you can't really spot that.

The lens are also quite big and floppy (the size of a dime) compared to the Focus dailies.

All in all a much superior product. BUT it costs twice as much as the Focus Dailies. So I am sticking to the Focus...
