Strengths: Very good picture. Has DVI and VGA inputs which are user-selectable or auto-switching. Good budget-minded monitor.
Weaknesses: 800:1 contrast obviously isn't as good as their Ultrasharp line at 2000:1 and I can notice the difference. The stand can only be tilted, so no height, swivel, rotation, or other adjustments.
Summary: The 2009WFP Ultrasharp w/ better contrast and stand is only $30-$40 more, but the E207WFP is often bundled w/ Vostro and other deals which make it pretty inexpensive potentially a better option based on cost. If you really need the tilt/swivel/rotate height adjustability, the better stand is available from some sources for ~$20.

Strengths: Price is reasonable. Very good resolution.
Weaknesses: Wish they offer a glossy coating. No USB. Industrious plastic.
Summary: Very nice price for a quality LCD. Design is not very stylish, just a regular plastic enclosure. In other words, it look very industrious. Recommended for office people. Very happy with it so far. Viewing angle is not great at 50% brightness, very good at 100% brightness.

Strengths: Excellent contrast at 800:1
Very bright at 300 cd/m2
Excellent picture quality with .258 mm pixel pitch.
16.7M color palette is vivid and briliant.
Weaknesses: None
Summary: Great all around monitor. Excellent value. Perfect for all of the latest games. I bought two of these to replace 19" Dell Trinitrons and I am very pleased. This monitor is less than the Dell 2007WFP and has a faster refresh rate. I would highly recommend this monitor for all uses.

Strengths: 20" 16:10 widescreen. Lighter than my old Dell 17". Good colors.
Weaknesses: Old-tech screen. 5ms response means nothing seeing as there are clarity issues (not very crisp when considering it uses 1680x1050 resolution, which should be sharp on a display even this big).
Summary: 2007-07-05 22:14:23 After owning this monitor for about 3 months now, I can say that my satisfaction has improved. The uneven lighting problem went away, as I guess it needed a burn-in period. Clarity is still an issue though, but the true-to-life colors make up for that.

Dell E207WFP Black 20" LCD Monitor
Strengths: clear and wide lcd
Weaknesses: adjustment, no usb ports.
Summary: it's really great monitor in terms of lcd quality and color.
durability is great, too.
however, you can't rotate your monitor left or right unless you rotate the whole body.
you can't adjust height neither.
also, it doesn't have any usb ports

Strengths: clear picture, good size for office use, inexpensive
Weaknesses: may not be good for gamers, height not fully adjustable
Summary: bright screen, color and contrast ratio are good enough, decent size for office use, has DVI input, overall I'm pleased with my purchase. It's a good choice for budget users without compromising too much on performance.

Strengths: Clarity is amazing!
Weaknesses: It is heavy!
Summary: super cool LCD< one of the best Dell has to offer. I got this with a desktop and this does the job. Very slick look and has sharp quality. Probably the best LCD I got from dell in a while.

Strengths: Sharp image, stylish, DVI & VGA capable, HDCP compliant
Weaknesses: No USB ports, no other A/V inputs, no swivel or height adjustment
Summary: This is a nice, affordable 20" LCD panel. You get good value in the number one function of a monitor: display quality. This comes at the expense of the bells and whistles that more expensive monitors boast, such as USB ports, alternative video inputs, and adjustable height or even swiveling capability. But, if you ask me, those features should rightfully come second to a quality image. Dell got it right here.

Strengths: Color Clarity, Brightness, Affordable
Weaknesses: Stand, No USB
Summary: Great no frills work display. That said, note the following omissions. The stand is fixed height with limited tilting adjust ability. The unit lack a USB hub. Depending on you setup, this may not be an issue. Supports standing VGA and DVI.
