 Viking 36" Gas Range Breaks Easily -- Expensive Repairs Strengths: There are 6 burners. It looks nice.
Weaknesses: The oven burners break often. It is very expensive to repair. Customer service is not helpful and is rude.
Summary: The oven burners are not made well. They turn off repeatedly. Eventually they do not go on at all. They start breaking in about 4 years. There are two burners -- they each cost $300 to replace and about an extra $350 for the service charge. Customer service is very rude. I regret buying this range. There are other high-end products that perform much better. I had paid $5500 for it. I do not think I am going to sink more money into it.
