Weaknesses: No downloads no E-911 locate, can only recive text messages can not send them. Is an older phone that often still has the old air touch sticker on it. (Now Verizon)
Summary: The sch 411 is a great phone and is good for people who like their phones simple and do not use text messigning. It is great as a spare or replacement phone ang sounds great and works great but is older and somewhat limited.
