Strengths: Clear, crisp photos. White balance is awesome even with the flash.
Weaknesses: Retracting lens. Cannot use wide angle/telephoto fitments.
Summary: 2004-08-03 10:13:23 I bought this camera recently and I absolutely love it. I was debating whether to spend more for a >3.1 MP camera but I guess the cost does not justify the marginal benefit in quality. My desktop running XP recognized the camera instantly and downloading pics to my computer was a cinch. Photo quality is exceptional and the camera is a great value. I was particularly impressed with the white balance. Highly recommended buy. Only grouse is that I cannot use my wide-angle lens without the retracting lens coming in the way. But thats a small grouse!

Strengths: Very nice quality photos and easy to navigate commands.
Weaknesses: Bulky compared to most other compact cameras.
Summary: For the price and quality of this camera, you can't go wrong. If your looking for a decent quality digital camera that is easy to use, then this is the digital camera for you.

Strengths: Very nice pictures and ease of use. Commands straight forward and easy to navigate.
Weaknesses: None yet.
Summary: Great camera for the price or even more. Camera is easy to use (without even reading the well written manual). A very nice feature is that the camera mounts directly to the EasyShare Printer Dock, allowing great looking pictures to be printed with minimal fuss.

Strengths: Easy to use. Good photo quality compared to similarly priced cameras. Good battery life.
Weaknesses: No AF assist lamp, no manual features
Summary: This is a nice digital camera for a beginner. It has a 3X optical zoom lens, and takes fairly nice snapshots. Due to the lack of an AF assist lamp, the autofocus struggles when it is dark. This camera has no manual features, so more experienced photographers might be disappointed. This would be a perfect camera for a beginner though; the 3X zoom lens gives some flexability, and this camera is small, light and easy to use.

Strengths: easy to use
Weaknesses: none
Summary: I purchased this camera and was using it within minutes as if I had owned it for a year. It is super simple to operate including loading the pictures onto the computer. The size of the camera is especially nice since it is not too small to keep track of yet is easily put into a pocket to carry along.

Strengths: Ease of use, small size and price
Weaknesses: none
Summary: This was a great camera right out of the box(the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is i wanna get more familiar with it),even w/o reading instructions. The instructions are also very simply written and easy to understand. The controls are as easy as you tv remote. I like the size, not too big or too small. The price is fantastic ($162 no tax or shipping),practically disposable, if I use it for a year and get another one you get your moneys worth!!

Strengths: Ease of use, great first digital camera, SD memory, optical zoom
Weaknesses: None - you get what you pay for
Summary: I bought this camera as a Christmas gift for my mother - her first digital camera. She had never used one before and after looking around I thought the Kodak would be the easiest for her to learn on. Very intuitive menus and simplified options are great. Picture quality isn't the best but for the price I couldn't have asked for anything more. They are better than my 2.1 MP Sony that I'm still using myself. Overall - great value for the price (under $150).

Strengths: Very easy and convenient to use.
Weaknesses: Have to purchase case to protect lens.
Summary: I am very pleased with this purchase. It is very simple to use and the quality of the camera is very good. The screen is a nice size and very clear. Instructions were very simple and easy to understand for those of us not techno-savy. I look forward to taking many pictures with this new digital camera!

Strengths: Good quality pictures
Weaknesses: A little bit small to operate. No camera bag included.
Summary: 2004-12-22 08:37:37 I bought this camera from Dell at $126.5 (I cant wait for better price as I had to take pictures for my new baby). We do enjoy the nice pictures. It is quite a compact camera that you can easily carry it in your pocket. But I feel sometimes that it is a little bit small for my hand to operate.

I think it is a pity that the camera bag is not included. Without this bag, it is not convenienct when you take outdoors pictures as you have to hold it at your hand all time and cant place it in your pocket.

Strengths: For entry level point and shoot plus, Kodak is a good brand.
Weaknesses: You get what you pay for.
Summary: I wanted a simple entry level point and shoot and the CX7330 has enough megapixels to be a "real" camera, plus has manual and digital zoom (a plus). At purchase time, the product cycle for this camera is driving the price down, which is always nice. There are other cameras in the 3MP range from Fuji, Canon, Pentax, Konica Minolta, etc., but at purchase time, the CX7330 had the best bang for the buck.

Strengths: Universal camera for snapshots, good value if you often edit your photos on your PC, automatic exposure control
Weaknesses: no manual controls (Do snapshooters use manual controls?)
Summary: I have this camera for a week only and I already took hundreds of photos. The battery holds fine but you need to buy bigger memory card if you want to take a lot of good quality pics. The build-in 16 MB is just not enough and the option to use MultiMedia or SD cards is nice. I use Secure Digital card that I share with my PDA.

Strengths: The best product for new digital camera users. Although simple to use, the CX 7300 provides any user with ultimate pictures and quality photography. Catalogue explains clearly all features&options.
Weaknesses: 1. Improve zoom capability. 2. Not included: Kodak Docks with Ni-MH rechargable battery pack.
Summary: We found the Kodak CX 7300 on the PC Connection website. They may not be the absolute lowest price vendor, but they are a truely quality merchant. Great site to navigate, and their prices are extremely competitive. The site also lists related Kodak products which one must consider depending on your purpose. We called PC Connection after we already placed the order to make a change, and they answered immediately, and the customer service rep was professional and courteous. He provided ample professional information about digital cameras and other products. Their service is traditional and exceeds all expectations. I highly recommend PC Connection for all technology purchases.

We plan to use the CX7300 for international travel. It will be the right equipment to utilize from reliability, practicality and durability perspectives. The 16MB internal memory may not be enough memory for many users' photos, therefore; it is highly recommended to purchase a secure digital SD card (128MB or 256MB). The EasyShare travel kit is a must if traveling overseas due to the different voltage and various plug types in Europe and other countries. The kit is worth the money for travelers.

3 Star ReviewI bought this camera for my parents. This is their ...
Strengths: easy to use, taking pictures and downlouding is simple, lightweight,
Weaknesses: Plastic shell, no AF assist lamp, no manual features
Summary: I bought this camera for my parents. This is their first digital camera. It is easy for them to use and they enjoy it. Although I don't like this camera very much: it's a little bulky, this camera is good for beginners.
