Strengths: Sound,power,looks,price Weaknesses: Must be good at a/v technical mumbo jumbo Summary: This system is worth every penny ! Its a little confusing to hook up but if you have the patience your in for a most excellent home theater experience . I found it a little cheaper elsewhere but if you do your homework before you buy you will too . I used my own pair of 450 watt mains with dual 12 woofers in each loudspeaker and I am underdriving my mains but it sounds so very nice for movies and music. You will not be disappointed when you buy this home theater that is so much more . And it weighs more then 33 pounds more like 150 or more pounds. vt3308 from CA Member Since: Jul 2005 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Months	onkyo ht-s777c Strengths: sound clarity Weaknesses: problem w/ the receiver Summary: since day one, receiver emits loud/annoying "buzzing" sounds...will have to take unit to a service center to fix problem. the process to load a disc into the dvd player is really slow..you have to wait an unusually long delay before the player accepts your command to open the tray.
