Strengths: small to medium size 5 cd player, with a cool design and remote, sleek reflective lcd.
Weaknesses: can't figure out how to shuffle songs or move from one cd to the next in continuous play. a little deeper and larger than i would like, and sometimes the radio reception is fuzzy when you dim the lcd
Summary: I bought this b/c my old college boombox totally died on me. I was looking for a multiple cd player with remote in a small and stylish system. The sony's looked too flimsy and the ones from sharper image were sleeker and smaller but more expensive and held less cd's. for the price this had the best combo of # of cd's played, size, looks, and quality. overally i have been very happy since this is a big upgrade from my boombox. the radio reception is fuzzy if you dim the lcd, but it clears up when you turn the blue lights on. i wish i knew how to do coninuous play but i haven't totally studied the manual. setup was very easy. the cord is a little short though. i really like the alarm and sleep mode, it is pretty easy to use.

Strengths: sound quality, EQ sound, surround sound, great looks, nice display, plays mp3
Weaknesses: i can't think of any right now.
Summary: I've only owned this sytem for about a week, but I fell in love with it when I heard it at Circuit City. And it just so happens to be on sale. Everything about this stereo, from its look to its sound quality is excellent. It's silver display makes it look sophisicated and looks nice in my apartment. The sound is great, esp the surround sound. It really sounds like surround sound, i was amazed. And the clarity of the sound is nice. Bass is adequate, i haven't tested it to its limits yet. But so far so good. I still haven't tried to play mp3s on it yet, but will definitely start burning some mp3 cds, because it holds so many more songs.
