Strengths: Easy to align. Light and easy to mount (get mounting kit).
Weaknesses: none noted yet.
Summary: Installed 2 BR350's 1100 feet apart on top of two different buildings. Then I attached the yagi antannas to them. Workd great! I'm getting 11 MB across the link. Has continued to work great in the rain and wind. No complaints! Yes... you can do all this cheaper but for businesses, it is definately worth the money! I'm not a dihard Cisco fan but they hit a home run with this one!
