12 x 25 Binos
Strengths: Sturdy Construction.
Firm Rubber Barrel Grips.
Very Nice Lens Cloth.
Folds to Compact Size.
Weaknesses: Flimsy Neckstrap.
A Bit Heavy.
No Zoom.
No Zip Focus.
Not an InFocus Model.
No Tripod Adapter.
Summary: These binos with roof prism and center focus bring the action in real close (12x25). They are pretty heavy-- almost a pound-- but benefit from sturdy metal construction, except for the neckstrap, whic is pretty flimsy. Gripping these binos is no problem even in wet weather because of the firm rubber barrel grips, and these fold into a compact size that fit entirely in your hand. A nice bonus is the very nice lens cloth, which is included with the neoprine-feel carrying pouch.
This is a low-end model, so there is no zoom, no Zip Focus, and no tripod adapter, but a pretty good value, under $15.
