Strengths: Best I have used, I grit my teeth at night, this helps me so much. Is essential for my lower plate.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: This product was recommended by my dentist and I've had great success with it. I can eat anything. I had surgery on lower gums years ago that left me without much to hold my lower denture. This product saved my life.
