Strengths: Classic design, looks great in any patio, easy cleanup, superb heat control, and the ability to get really high heat (and smoke) if you need it, real barbeque flavor.
Weaknesses: You have to wait to get the coals just right - probably have to sip another drink or munch an extra appetizer.
Summary: When you learn the different amounts (and types) of charcoal to use and the perfect time for your favorite meats and fish, you can put the cover on and let the grill do its magic. No flareups to mess with and the results are so consistent, you feel like a master chef. Of course this means you have to experiment with different methods of searing, smoking and timing, but with this grill - it is all good.
