Weaknesses: none Summary: I recieved this from Newegg.com in just 4 days, and it installed very easily. Instructions were very easy to understand. I did not use the software that it came with, but using Nero and the Ritek DVD-R from Newegg, everything is running just smoothly. Also, from NewEgg we got a "gift" package of 5 DVD-R blank media as a special offer with the purchase of the DVD burner. Installation was quick and easy with good documentation.
