Dell service stinks

Weaknesses: Horrible Customer Service
Summary: I purchased three computers from Dell within the last two months. When my son opened his on Christmas, he decided he wanted to upgrade it. I called Dell for the return policy and was told he had to return all THREE components - the tower, the monitor, and the speakers. We tried, to no avail, to explain that only the tower should have to be returned as he was perfectly happy with the speakers and monitor. Still, they madeus return all THREE components to three DIFFERENT addresses and pay a 15% restocking fee. Like I said, Dell Stinks! Their customer servic rep, Lauren May, was completely obnoxious and had very little understanding of how to please a customer.
