Strengths: Efficient with water; cuts down on drying time
Weaknesses: Small amounts of soap gets caught under glass door sometimes and doesn't completely rinse away
Summary: I've been using this washer for about 4 months now, and so far I'm very pleased with it. Because it is a high-efficiency washer, it uses far less water than a traditional top-loading washer, and that's definitely a plus. Even though we have to buy high-efficiency detergent to use with it (which costs a bit more than normal), we use less detergent than we normally would, so we probably come out close to even in the end. A great thing about this washer is that because it uses so much less water, and the spin cycle works so well, the clothes come out of the washer with less water than usual. It cuts down on the drying time, and that of course saves money as well. The large number and variety of cycles (more than I'm used to) is useful as well. The only complaint that I have is that a small amount of suds will usually get caught under the part of the glass door that protrudes in. It's a minor complaint though and doesn't impact my opinion of the product.
