 It's nice when it works. Strengths: Nice styling, fairly quiet.
Weaknesses: It died after 8 months, poor warranty service.
Summary: We bought ours new 8 months ago. It worked okay until it died; the dishes were clean except for cereal bowls stacked on the top rack; those had to be kept farther apart to rinse right even though a normal cycle is over 1 1/2 hours. It's also fairly quiet. The unit failed 2 weeks ago (it was still running after 4 hours and hadn't rinsed right, also the time before there was still 1.5 inches of water left in the bottom after it shut off). To make a long story short, we'll be without a functioning dishwasher for 5-6 weeks because (according to the retailer) Frigidaire is too cheap to pay competent repair shops to fix their products (p.s. thanks for telling us NOW). It took 10 days to get the serviceman out; it needs a circuit board, 2 thermostats, and an intake valve that will take 2 MORE weeks to get in, then another 10 days to get the guy back out to put them in, assuming the parts are available. I'd like to note that we ran this thing only 1-2 times per week.
