Strengths: 1.The sound is loud and clear.
2.The setup was relatively easy.
3.You can go through the VCR to listen to the television through the speakers(great for HDTV).
4. You will be surprised when the subwoofer Kicks in.
Weaknesses: 1.The subwoofer does not get loud unless you turn it up to a high volume level.
2.There are not enough different settings provided on the remote.
3.It is hard to get the DVDs/CDs out of the player w/remote
Summary: I would buy this player again, I just wish there were more settings for the system. The subwoofer is powerful when you turn up the sound.Great for watching movies. The room it is set up in is very large(20x20) with a vaulted ceiling.
