QuietFred Member Since: Aug 2009 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Years	Great unit poor probe Strengths: Works great - choice of 5 different meats and 4 degrees of doneness. Some meats only give well done temp. Love the concept Weaknesses: temperature probe fails easily. Summary: Be careful removing temperature probe. I had 2 of these models. I removed probe from meat by pulling on "cord" instead of very hot metal part. One probe failed after cooking four times and another failed after cooking twice.
