The ceramic top is very easy to maintain that cuts cleaning time in half. The preset automatic probe is very practical that shuts off by itself when the cooking is done that make cooking more efficient. It is a great product. Cheri5 Member Since: Nov 2006 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Days	Ask about the contant noise of the Strengths: Gas range controls,design to fit all shapes of pots, construction, controls for the oven Weaknesses: the noise level of the oven baking fan is UNACCEPTABLE. The manual says this will occur throughout the baking cycle but not at what decible. We know what fan noise should be and this is not it. Summary: We will probably return this just because of the noise of the fan. I really wanted to like this just because it was dual fuel. The manual says this will occur. The company said to call a service repair place to come out as it is under warranty. If by some chance this noise is eliminated I will write a retraction but for an appliance with a Bosch name and price should not be sent out like this. 95% of People (18/19) found this review helpful. However, Bosch has stated that they will replace the damaged pieces free of charge. Otherwise, the cooking and baking features are the best i have ever used.
