Strengths: Very quality product
Weaknesses: Needs to be "realigned" every 100 hours of use at $100+
Summary: I purchased a complete Pioneer Elite home system and have been very pleased with the overall Pioneer Elite product (as a system). This unit is an excellent in performance HOWEVER I would not purchase again given the continued problem of DVD's sticking in the unit requiring a service to "align" the unit which is backed up 6 weeks on Pioneer equipment.

I would be glad to sell this unit to someone who needs DVD and lazer disck support so I could get a more reliable DVD only unit.
