Strengths: Crystal clear outgoing and incoming. Comfortable fit.
Weaknesses: No call pick up or end on headset.
Summary: I've had many hands-free devices before, mostly the earbuds and this far surpasses in many areas.
The quality of the incoming and outgoing sound is awesome. Not a hint of static or driving-in-the-car background noise for the recipient of the call.
The over the ear "hook" is super adjustable and when I thought I found the perfect way to wear the ear loop, I was wrong there was yet a better way than the first.
The only downfall to this earpiece is the lack of call answer, cancel button on the device itself. The now antiquated earbuds had that ability while this does not. I specifically have the LG6000 and found that I could really utilize voice dailing with this hands-free and it took the command first try and I've never had to repeat the voice dail command ... ever. Hanging up isn't terrible at all with it because the phone will know the other caller disconnected and the call will end. I believe I can set one of the side buttons on my phone to end the call as well, but I haven't figured that out just yet.
Overall a fantastic hands-free.
