Strengths: Small, SD card slot for pictures Weaknesses: Doesn't come with remote Summary: This puppy is a small go any where camera. It has an SD flash card slot to capture picures. Has excellent zoom compared to other cameras. The only complaint I have is it doesn't come with a remote. Weaknesses: no software was included. Summary: I wish I could have seen more of the options available on the different models...I bought an optional battery but I could have spend that money upgrading to the PVGS15, which has a larger battery and a remote and other stuff...a better bargain, but it's too late now. 96% of People (44/46) found this review helpful. Strengths: Size, built in light, MiniDV is easily obtained Weaknesses: No tape, USB, or iLink cable included Summary: I really like the usability of the camera. Really easy and intuitive controls. I whish that it had come with a least 1 tape. It is basically not usable out of the box unless you buy a tape. It also doesn't come with the iLink cable, that kind of defeats the purpose of a digital camcorder. I don't know if I'll use the still picture feature too much. One anoying feature is that if you don't have an SD card inserted there is a red reminder on the display letting you know, that should go away. We particularly like the special effects and zoom lense. Weaknesses: Haven't seen any yet. Summary: I've always like Panasonic for their quality and price. This camera has a lot of features for a low price. My daughter really likes the compact size of this camera and the special effects.
