Strengths: Much nicer than the 1 year old broken Harmony Xbox 360 remote that it replaces. It uses the same chipset, but doesn't have the annoying key press delay that the Harmony models suffer from.
Weaknesses: Honestly, not a one. The software has a bit of a learning curve, but is extremely powerful once you get the hang of it.
Summary: Well worth the extra money over a Harmony. Build quality is far superior and the color screen is a plus. It sends a noticeably "wider" signal than the old Harmony. If people realized how aggravating the key press delay is on the Harmony remotes, they would gladly pay extra for a remote that fixes it. Charging base works fine for me. I have read some complaints about it, but when the remote hits the contacts correctly, it beeps and the screen on the remote changes, so it's easy to know it's seated correctly and charging. As a former Harmony user, I couldn't give up having an activity-based remote. For my money, this is the best one you can buy.
