Summary: Ease of use...wow what a difference from using an older microwave. One button reheating as well as a fairly intuitive keypad. Had a 1200W Magic Chef prior. This unit seems to have a bit more powerful magnetron as the edges of my food get hotter, quicker. So it took some getting used to. The two items I dislike: 1. you have to push the time cook setting before you enter the cook time. On my last microwave, I can just put in the time and power directly. 2. the push button to open the door is inconvenient. I’d much rather just be able to pull the door open with a handle. Stainless Strengths: We liked the 1 thru 6 minute quick start feature and the 30 second botton. We also like the size of the microwave inside. It is large enough for all of our needs but doesn't take up too much counter Weaknesses: We had some trouble with our old microwave's door opening handle sticking and wouldn't come back out. This didn't start until we had used it for several years and only lasted for a few months & quit. Summary: This is the second time I have purchased this microwave. My first one we purchased at least 5 years ago. We do almost all of our cooking with the microwave and also cook tomatoes from our garden to can so the microwave is used a lot. This weekend it went out so we looked at a lot of others brands but we liked the features of this microwave best so we purchased it again. 0% of People (0/1) found this review helpful.
