 Disappointed with Philips Sonicare e3000: Good Performance But Short Product Life Strengths: Excellent dental care similar to more expensive Sonicare models at significantly lower cost.
Weaknesses: Poor reliability.
Summary: I was initially quite pleased with my e3000 after going through several more expensive Sonicare toothbrushes that stopped working because of rechargeable batteries that failed but could not be replaced. When I saw this e3000 model that has user-replaced alkaline batteries I was eager to start using it thinking that it would last longer. Unfortunately, my assumption was wrong. I can only hope that other customer had a better experience. This product offers excellent dental care when used properly but seems unreliable.
