Weaknesses: No swivel, the control looks somewhat cheap (no LCD, either), guide no. 36 (relatively short) Summary: This is the most bang of the buck flash available from Sony. Don't expect much out of it since it's an entry level one. The flash comes with a diffuser, case and a flash stand, which is very nice. 50% of People (1/2) found this review helpful. New model with a guide number 42 is coming out for the same list price Summary: I got this flash for a great clearance price at Best Buy. The flash syncs with the camera well. Even though it does not swivel, it serves its purpose for most uses. You can move it up and down, just not laterally. I have not use the wireless feature yet so I cannot comment on it. Well, I am entering the world of DSLR so there is much to learn. For typical indoor photography, this flash is fine. You can move up to the F56 if you need more light.
