Strengths: Easy to manage PoE, low cost (manages to to do power management and therefore can use a small power supply)
Weaknesses: None
Summary: The cheapest and most efficient way of getting 8 PoE ports to my office. Can power 6 phones and a WLAN AP, and there is still a port left. The Webview is easy to use and enables me to reset the WLAN Access Point remotely, even when I am not in the office.

Highly recommended.
