Strengths: Good sound quality
long time use
comfortable to wear
Weaknesses: signal lost occasionally
Summary: I purchased this item and used it for 2 weeks. I am overall very satisfied this its performance. It has a strong bass and a crystal treble. Long time use(I use it every day on the metro and only charge it once a week). But it lost signal occasionally(pause for 1-3 seconds once in a while- about 1 hour). I use it with my Tmobile Wing, a Windows Mobile 6 device. If you use WM based device, I suggest you search for the stereo bluetooth section of WM system, you need to adjust it to get the best sound quality.

Strengths: Very comfortable to wear
Weaknesses: Occasional communication breakdowns. It could use additional volume capability.
Summary: I started using these after using the Motorola HT820 for over a year. These feel more comfortable around my ears. I noticed that there were occasional breaks in the bluetooth communication with my ipaq. But I like them overall. I could use additional volume especially when using the lawn mower, snow blower or vacuum cleaner.

Strengths: Good sound
Weaknesses: Hard to turn on and off. Hurt your ear when wear too long.
Summary: This headset has a good sound. Easy to set up. However, it's hard to turn off. So confused when using volume and forward control. It's my second set and this set is giving me problem now.

Strengths: works fine within short distance
Weaknesses: There is noise from time to time
Summary: This is a good blue tooth headset. Works fine within 10 feet with both my nokia N75 and laptop. But do not expect too much since it is 'wireless'. Anyway, I will recommend it:)

Strengths: Low profile behind the head design.
Mini USB charger port.
Good call quality.
Weaknesses: No multipoint pairing with 2 phones.
Summary: I can't comment about the headphones for music, since I've only used them as a headset for phone calls. For that purpose, my only complaint is that I can't pair them to two phones at once. You can pair them to a phone and to a BT music source at the same time, but I haven't tried that. I have used the Motorola S9, the Plantronics 590 (I think I have that model number right), and now this Jabra BT620S. Again, I can't comment for music use on any of them, but... For phone conversations, the S9 only came through one ear, and it became uncomfortable to the point of hurting my ear canal (I think that was due to it not quite being large enough to comfortably go around my fat head). The 590 does do the multipoint, if I remember correctly. I could hang up on one cell phone, and immediately answer my other cell phone on the headset. That is handy. This Jabra 620, like the Plantronics 590, does put the phone call through both ears. I like the Jabra for comfort, the universal charging options of the mini USB port, and for performance as a phone headset. My only complaint is what I already mentioned about it not being so easy to switch back and forth between 2 phones that I'm using frequently during my day.

Strengths: Good sound quality, easy pairing (once I figured out how to do it), two main buttons do most of the controlling (the rest is just volume and change track), battery life as advertised.
Weaknesses: Not too uncomfortable but a bit tight on the ears - wouldn't want to wear them for hours on end. A little too big to be stylish. The two button operation takes a little getting used to.
Summary: I had trouble pairing at first until I realized that I had to change audio sources in control panel > sound. It also might be worth updating the firmware, as an update is available from jabra.com.

Great price OK product
Strengths: Good connection. Easy to set up.
Weaknesses: Heavy. Not so comfortable. Looks cheap.
Summary: I have Moto HT820, S9 and this Jabra bt620s. This one features long battery life and the low price. It's not so comfortable to wear and the sound quality is not as good as the other two. But overall it's definitely a good product. I leave it in my office as a backup headset.

Strengths: Low cost, easy set-up, good connectivity.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: Excellent sound quality with no loss of signal even when I move to the next room. Easily pairs with Bluetooth signal sources and you can pair with two devices simultaneously. I use them with a Jabra Bluetooth Adapter on my portable CD player and cell phone. While listening to a CD I can answer the phone with a tap on the headphones! A USB charing cable AND AC adapter are included in the box. The AC adapter works with other Jabra devices, ie Jabra Bluetooth Music Adapter. Price varies greatly, so shop carefully. I purchased online for $21.00 delivered.
