Strengths: PROS: 1: Great Sound 2: Mic is better than average 3. Light Weight
Weaknesses: CONS: 1. Might hurt ears if worn for a long time. 2. The end of the wire, are two wires that are joined
Summary: Helps get great clarity on voip calls using Google Talk and Skype instant messaging. Plantronics is well known brand so I was happily surprised to get such great features from the leading producer at such a reasonable price.

Strengths: Comfortable (not too tight or loose) Strong bass Looks good Nice cloth feel Quality sound Quality mic
Weaknesses: Small cord If the mic and headphone are in different spots, this headset doesn't work too well
Summary: When I first received this great pair of headphones, I logged into Ventrilo and everyone were saying how great the mic sounded. I can easily hear the bass in my ears and my CSing has been far greater than before.

Strengths: Good surrounding effect and clear sound. Sharp for the gaming purpose. Crystal clear mic, I used it a lot for communication when playing games. Awesome quality for the price.
Weaknesses: Bulky earphone which feels kinda loose on my head, and the cord is too long for me. Volume control position is not handy.
Summary: This is a cheap but fantastic headset. The sound quality of earphone and mic is more than enough for a gamer or daily communication.

Overall, this is a very good product with a realative cheap price despite of a few design flaws. Suggest every gamer go get one.

Strengths: Microphone quality is good, good sound quality from the headphone, long cord
Weaknesses: Construction seems a bit flimsy, ear padding might be irritating after wearing for a while
Summary: The Bottomline: For the price I paid ~$17 on amazon, this headphone/microphone is very good for the money.

I mainly bought this headset for use with dictation using Dragon Naturally speaking. I've been using this headset with Dragon for couple days now, and as I practice more and more, my accuracy improves from day to day. This means that my initial low accuracy (~75%) is not the fault of the microphone, but my dictation skills. I have also listened to the recorded file of my voice from Dragon (for training purposes) and the sound quality is pretty clear, words I said were crisp and clean, and there's no real background static.

First of all, I'm not an audiophile, but for me, the sound coming from the headphone is good for me. The bass is good, but the deep base sound is a bit lacking. Other than that, music coming from the headset sounds good.

As for the construction of the headset, it's a bit flimsy. The headphone speaker, kinda "dangles" from the headset, i think they engineered it this way, so it makes for a better fit for different head shapes, but nevertheless, it feels a bit "unsecured". Another thing is that the headphone sits on top of your ears, with foam padding as cushion. I wear glasses, and my ears hurts after couple of hours dictating, or listening to music. It's a bit better when I'm wearing contacts.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this headset, it does what I purchased it to do, and it does it well.

Strengths: -sound quality -long cord
Weaknesses: -flimsy earpieces
Summary: I got this headset for use with a speech recognition program. so far I am very impressed with it. I sued to own a Sony headphone and the quality of the sound coming from this headset is better than Sony's.

My only complaint so far is the contruction ,you have to be really careful, specially if you have kids. the earpieces can be easily broken without too much effort.

Other than that it is a pretty good headset
