Strengths: Compact size, low initial investment, EXCELLENT print quality.
Weaknesses: Pricey prints when compared to some other dye-sub printers, no media slots.
Summary: All told, this product delivers exactly as Olympus claims it will. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with it's own software--I had some trouble with images being cropped when printing from PhotoShop. Overall, an excellent printer for a great price.

Strengths: Ease of use is mostly a snap, nice looking ,never jammed, printing speed is good too
Weaknesses: this photo printer only meets occasional, low volume printing needs
Summary: Be patient enough to do the settings( adjustment of contrast,color...),you are able to get your outstanding pictures. They really look like regular prints from a photo processing shop. Colors are crisp and they are continous tone.As for the price of each print cost, you are sure paying more than that done in CVS.But what you are doing at home with a photo printer is for fun and enjoyment, you won't count the price. Of couse, this photo printer only meet occasional, low volume printing needs.

Strengths: Beautiful prints, compact size.
Weaknesses: Paper orientation unclear, "brick" power supply.
Summary: This printer produces beautiful 4" x 6" borderless photos. The speed seems to be somewhat slower than advertised, but that's not an issue for me.

My very first print was upside down because there are no clear instructions on how to position it (it needs to go glossy-side down, by the way).

It is a nice little cube package. This must be why it comes with a power supply brick - they couldn't get the power supply to fit inside with everything else. So you can't just plug it into the wall.

Incidentally, I bought this printer at the same time as a new Olympus 8080 camera. Neither one provided clear instructions on how to get these two products to talk to each other. Turns out that the camera USB must be set to "print" vs. "pc", so simply selecting a photo in the camera and telling it to print is not enough to get the job done.

Anyway, the printed image quality makes up for the early learning curve.

Strengths: Great prints very quick, small size, stylish, easy to use, is PictBridge enabled.
Weaknesses: Doesn't take media cards directly, not many features.
Summary: The first thing that is very noticable is the small cubed size. I purchased an Olympus D-580 along with it in a package deal, and I have been very pleased with the quick 4x6 prints it's done.

It has no media slots, so the camera must be PictBridge enabled to work directly with this without a PC, though you can hook up any PictBridge enabled camera to it and print directly from the camera without the need of a PC.

The printer setup was very easy. Unlike some small personal picture printers, the feeder paper tray gets fully inserted into the printer so nothing sticks out, so the footprint on this printer is quite small.

I thought the prints from this were very good, and as good as I was getting at my local print shops from my digital shots prior to using this. The cost is a little more at 40¢ - 45¢ per picture, but I've recently found some generic dye-sub carts that might lower the price per print dramatically.

Though it won't replace my R300 photo printer anytime soon, I'm happy with the printer for what it does, and I use it for quick prints when I'm rushed to show them off.

Strengths: Outstanding print quality, Compact size/Portability, Ease of use
Weaknesses: Cost per print, No memory card slots
Summary: I'm quite happy with this printer, having bought it on clearance at Target. The print quality is great, pictures coming out nice and crisp. The cost of replacement dye cartridges surely would make printing large volume uneconomical but for occasional home prints, this does a great job. I like the small footprint and installation was a breeze.

Strengths: The picture output is great
Weaknesses: Not tiny enough
Summary: I am so surprised the output picture is fantastic and almost the lab quality. And the colore is very saturated. I am comparing the prints with my photo printer from HP, I would say this one has better result.

Strengths: Compact, fast and sleek
Weaknesses: no memory slot
Summary: The installation is like 1-2-3. It is very friendly to use, I hope next version it would come with memory slot and LCD viewer. The print out is above average in speed and quality. Two Thumbs up.

3 Star ReviewThe Olympus p-10
Strengths: -Portable factor -45 sec. printing -Simple design -Good for beginners
Weaknesses: -No media slots -Can't see the pic(s) on the P-10 -Very expensive ribbon ink. Ink for 100 prints is $35 on amazon
Summary: If you are looking for a quick, portable photo printer this is your answer. Its suppose to be the fastest printer on the market, but I do not know if that still holds true with the new printers. Anyway, like I said before after taking all the weaknesses into account, its basically the best printer for beginners who want to be introduced into the world of printing without nitpicking all the little details that a professional would. So the decision is yours. Its your preference, your level of mastery, your wallet.

Strengths: Printing speed is fantastic.
Weaknesses: Not small enough.
Summary: If you are tired of re-calibrating your ink jet printer, you won't reget to choose this. This is not best choice for frugal user concerning the cost of each print. Very ggod price if you can get it around $100.

Strengths: Ease of maintenance, slim size, cute look.
Weaknesses: No compact memory slots.
Summary: It prints out decent pitcures in overcoat layer. The interface is convenient for PC or Pictbridge compatible camera. Unfortunately, it doesn't has media slot and small LCD screen to display pitcure. I think it is not designed to be portable printer.

Strengths: Portable, easy to use, clear crisp prints
Weaknesses: Boxy shape
Summary: A little reading up on the printer and it was easy to use. I bought the P-10 bundled with the D-580 Digital camera and love the two together. Easy to connect and print your photos.
