Strengths: Ease of programming; Easy to read LCD screen; The keypad lights up; Clearity; Speaker phone; Transfer phonebook from one handset to the others; Extension phones do NOT require phone jacks.
Weaknesses: None noted so far.
Summary: 2007-01-21 00:20:54 Great phone for the money and I would definitely purchase it again. Compared to my old 900 MHz phone this one beats it in every respect. I plugged it in and it worked without any setup. Completing the setup was simple even without using the manual. I love that I am able to retrieve my messages with a touch of a button on any of the phones but not having to go to the base station. I really like not having to have phone jacks in every room and it has a lot of features that I will actually use!

Strengths: good reception, fun ringtones, clear speakerphone

Summary: my husband and i had been considering this phone for awhile, so when i dropped our phone in the toilet, we decided it was time to go ahead and make this purchase. i love this phone, i have never had a phone with such a loud and clear speakerphone. it has so many wonderful features, like the room monitor, which comes in handy with 2 kids. and the intercom/ call transfer feature which is so convenient. i highly recommend this phone.

Strengths: Ease of setup, size, features.
Weaknesses: Cannot use speakerphone on extension handsets while on the base.
Summary: I really like how easy it is to set the expandable handsets, plug the battery, set it down on the main base, and it registers.
Another great feature is being able to share the phonebook between all handsets.

 It's not bad for the price. I have an older Uniden ... Strengths: extra handsets do not require a phone jack, easy to set up, lots of features
Weaknesses: number buttons on handsets are pretty darn small, voice clarity is inconsistent, sometimes kind of echo-y
Summary: It's not bad for the price. I have an older Uniden phone with fabulous voice clarity so I was hoping this would be the same, or at least that it would be better than it actually is. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes kind of fuzzy. It was a piece of cake to set up. What I particularly like is that the extra handsets need only an electircal outlet for the charger, and not a phone jack - the phone set-up in my house is kind of funky so this is a real plus for me. All in all it's OK. Not sure if I'd buy it again.

Strengths: very easy set-up, clear sound, reliability
Weaknesses: None so far
Summary: This is outstanding phone. Bought from staples at 20$ and sound is crystal clear. Base station and handsets work perfectly. You can add upto 3 more handsets. You just have reset the handsets and place it in the base station to register it. The color(Orange) also looks good when calls come/you make call. Relaibility what you can expect from Uniden.

Summary: 2006-07-11 20:19:50 I use this phone with voip service. The base is connected to my voip adapter, and the extension is in the kitchen. I am satisfied with the sound quality and many great features this phone provides. It has capability to listen to answering machine remotely from any handset. It has intercom, baby monitoring, and tons of other features. Great phone and highly recommended.

Summary: It's a great phone, the sound quality is terrific. Just a little bit unclear if there is a wall between the phone and the wall. May interfere with your 2.4g Hz router.

Strengths: decent phone for day to day use

Summary: Its a decent phone to have for domestic use nothing spectacular but serves the function very well & has speakerphone & also answering phone so doesnot need anything additioal & its very economically priced comapred big brand names
i definitely recommend to all who is not looking for very fancy phone

Strengths: many of the features of a basic cell phone
long battery life.
having 4 handsets ( i bought 2 more ) is VERY nice.
Weaknesses: 2.4 ghz base interferes with my 2.4 ghz video link continuously.
very short range compared to my 900mhz phone
Summary: I wish it had a longer range and I wish it did not transmit 'continuously' from the base station, interfering with my video links, but I still use it as my primary cordless phone because of its many benefits.

Strengths: Easy menu navigation/user friendly, Voice Mail indicator on handset, cool design
Weaknesses: Static (rarely though)
Summary: I have been using this phone for more than a month. I observed static rarely only in a couple of calls, all other times the sound quality was impeccable. I particularly like the intuitive, easy to navigate menus - a huge improvement over my old 900MHz cordless phone. Overall, a great buy!

Strengths: Good quality, easy programing, lots of features
Weaknesses: It will be nice to have handfree headset. Couldn't find one that fit into the jack.
Summary: Overall, it is a great phone with a decent quality at reasonable price. The 2nd handset doesn't need phone jack is a plus. No interference with wireless network. Most importantly, the voice is loud and clear anywhere in the house. Searched optional headset, it is the same price as the phone. Ouch..

Summary: I am very satisfied with this phone. For this price, it has some very nice features like mute, redial, phone book, caller ID. The sound quality and reception are superb. This model also looks sleek and stylish. The range of this phone is very impressive. Its very easy to setup and use. Overall its a great buy. I will highly recommend this cordless phone.

Summary: I bought this phone because it was on sale and I was looking for a replacement for my phone in the kitchen. The phone lines in my house carry a lot of static so I was hoping this phone would do better. I was pleased when much of the static seemed to be filtered with this phone. I haven't any problems with interference with the microwave running either. It was a bonus to have an extra handset. The speakerphone on the handset is a great idea and a very usable feature.
