Strengths: Rock soild preformance and fast.
Weaknesses: Just get the lastest Bios, if you use 800 ram
Summary: Built my dream PC using this MOB after checking out 5 other boards for Intel Core 2 ready. I'm using intel E6700 with 2Gb of OCZ 800 Ram. Match made in heaven! Also drop in a asus 7900GT. Game performance is sweet. I haven't overclock this baby yet or SLI.

Strengths: Fast, Great Layout, Easy Installation
Weaknesses: None, weak support/documetation for Memory modules
Summary: I put together a PC once every few years, but this was the best: Intel E660, ASUS P5N32-SLI SE board, 2g Corsair DDR2RAM @675, and a XFX 9800 Video Card; install and setup was straight forward and easy, BIOS very easy to understand; performance is excellent. Case temperature ranges between 31 C and 35 C. I used the ThermalTake Armor case, with the 25 cm fan on the side. The motherboard is laid out so that everything is manageble, and pretty easy to get to. Only negative was researching what memory to get... the manual only showed DDR2 @667/533, some online material shows DDR2 @800/667/533; I've had ZERO issues with my Corsair TWIN2X2048-5400CR, DDR2-675; Next year I will add another XFX 9800 Video Card for SLI.

Strengths: Stable platform, quiet and cool
Weaknesses: None so far
Summary: This motherboard is probably the finest motherboard I have ever used to build a computer with. All the bells and whistles except built in wireless LAN, but wireless is better suited for a laptop than a gaming computer. I am running an E6400 Core2 Duo 2.13 GHz processor with 1.5 gigs of Kingston PC2-4200 ram and this thing runs like a dream machine. Am using my older GForce 6600 video card for now until I make up my mind on on a new 7900 or 7950, haven't had a lot of time to play games anyway. What I like most about this motherboard is it's possibilities and of course Asus quality. I would reccommend this motherboard to anyone who wants a quiet, cool, Intel based gaming computer.

Strengths: silent! no fans necessary :) full com ports and audio jacks sli AND Core2!!!
Weaknesses: price ;/ no one sells it cheaply
Summary: Basically, this mobo is the key to my success as a gamer. Not only does it provide Core2Duo support (which i, embarrassingly enough, just bought to discover that my old mobo was incompatible :x ) but ALSO SLI!!!! wahoo now i can use my dual 7950s still xD stay strong, gamers. this is a good find ;]

Strengths: Core 2 compatible, hence can be useful for future processor upgrades; quick and easy installation.
Weaknesses: No onboard VGA; however, a PCI vga card is provided.
Summary: I have been using this MOBO with a Pentium D 3.4 GHz processor. Has been working pretty well from day 1 except that the startup screen shows a "CPU fan error!" which I am not exactly sure about. The CPU fan (Thermaltake) seems to be running fine without any problems.

Strengths: Good documentation Fast Easy to install
Weaknesses: Only 2 spare PCI slots Poor customer support from ASUS
Summary: I just finished building my very first PC and chose this mobo after reading other positive reviews. The documentation was very good and the PC booted up first time! The benchmarks I have run all give very good numbers. I did have some questions about RAID and contacted ASUS for help. Their web site is SLOW and it takes them a few days to respond via email. I would expect better from a company with such good products. Another downside is that it only has 2 spare PCI slots. After filling one of these with a Fata1ity sound card, I am having to think very carefully about what kind of card to put in the last slot.
