Summary: 2006-11-30 13:50:58 I bout the Pressure washer to rip paint off of the wood around the windows so i could repaint them, it does this pretty good, but it takes a little time to do. it also cleans concrete side walks and drive ways nicely to. The Motor only runs during spraying, reducing noise and extending pump life, the Dirtblaster rotary nozzle sprayer wand increases cleaning power by up to 50% over regular fan-jet nozzles. plus don't forget it has a real nice warranty 3 1/2 years that is nice. some company's only give a 1 year warranty witch sucks if it breaks after a year.
If you use a Extion cord make sure it is big enough or it will not run right, i use one that was to small, but when i plug it directly into the wall it ran fine, so i bout a big enough Extion cord now.
Quality The Hush 1800 Pressure washer, has what looks like brass fitting for both hoses, The garden hose and the pressure washer hose, so it is built sort of tough and this unit is not light weight or cheaply built, you can tell that it is made very well, i was also looking at a kracher Pressure washer read below way i did not buy a kracher.
I looked at a kracher 1750 Pressure washer at Lowes store, but both hose fittings where made of cheap black plastic were you would hook up a garden house was made of cheap plastic and where you would also hook up the pressure washer hose was made of cheap plastic, as i looked at it i new what would happen in time, it would get broken real easily. i also grabbed a hold of the little plastic hook ups and wiggle them around, i did not like that, because if you stepped on the hose and you are real close to the pressure washer you would break the pressure washer hose hook up that are inside of the kracher 1750 Pressure washer. so i did not buy a kracher 1750 Pressure washer.
Look at how strong a Pressure washer is built, Look at the hook ups and how heavy it feels, The Hush 1800 Pressure washer was only $10.00 more in price than the kracher 1750 Pressure washer, wow i would save $10.00 dollars, but would have a cheaply made hose hook ups, i when to Home Depot and bout the Hush 1800 Pressure washer, because it is made Tougher and better, so i am happy.
