Strengths: Everything. First machine to include FireWire (IEEE 1394 to PC folk) in Apple's line up. Very fast, reliable, and few problems.
Weaknesses: The first one I got the Logic Board went bad and took a hard drive with it. Was a first rev board, and Apple replaced it with a new one and the drive as well. Has worked fine ever since.
Summary: Overall, I would definitely buy one again. Mine is the 350MHz model with DVD-ROM (Hardware Encoding). Apple recently added Rage 128 support into Jaguar with 10.2.3, which is going to speed up OS X even more. Just last month I finally started feeling behind the pack in terms of speed. This after using a Dual 1GHz G4 with 1.5GB of RAM in it for 3 months. Can't get any better than Apple.
