 Beware during installation Strengths: Energy star compliant; Good cooling and heating power

Summary: I ordered this product online because it wasn't sold in my area on the West Coast. When it arrived it looked like it could be easily installed into the wall like all other similar units. Just make sure you read all the instructions carefully. There was a loose sheet of paper that came with the instruction manual indicating that two pieces of foam need to be removed from the inside of the unit prior to installation. The paper wasn't very clear on exactly where the foam pieces were located. So, I removed one obvious piece (blue color), and another piece that I wasn't too sure about (black color). Thinking that I removed the "two" pieces. I installed the unit and turned it on, only to hear this loud clanking noise. I opened up the unit again, and found the outside fan blade broken by the "second" piece of foam that was supposed to be removed (blue color). It took a couple of weeks to get the replacement part from the manufacturer. Now it works fine.
