Strengths: Motor is tough enough for heavy mixing, with the added option of multiple speeds, and the whisk attachment beats egg whites even faster than the stand mixer! Not to mention, the great mini grinder!

Summary: This stick mixer handles beautifully, and it's perfect when you don't need the large stand mixer, as this baby fills in like a pro, from pureeing chunky soups and sauces right in the pot, to making quick work of anything from chopping/grinding veggies to nuts, or whipping up egg whites or cream. The unit is solid and sturdy like all Kitchen Aid products, and is easy to hold with it's comfortable grip. Storage is also great, since it comes with a heavy duty storage bag so you don't end up misplacing any of the parts. I highly recommend this product!
