Summary: This heater has NO thermostatic control in Low heat mode (Auto or manual)and has no thermostatic control in High heat Manual control. The heater is extremely top heavy and tips over easily, has no tipover shutoff switch and the smother shutoff feature only worked in High heat mode. When smothered in low heat mode it melted the top case and kept running till unplugged. VERY UNSAFE and DANGEROUS! 86% of People (6/7) found this review helpful. I have it set in a medium sized room 12 by 12, and it heats the air very quickly. It takes longer for a larger room, but it gets the job done - just more slowly. It has a 1, 2 and 4 hour timer. It has a high, low, and an automatic heat setting. It has a 7 hour overheat protection. I have to disagree with the previous review that it is top heavy. I feel it is very stable, and I never worry about it tipping over. It's easy to transport as well. I'm love it so much, I'm going to buy a second one. 80% of People (4/5) found this review helpful.
