Customer support never offered a concrete answer or assistance. Technicians were not willing to repair or replace the router. N/A Member Since: Product Experience: 1 Week	Look elsewhere Strengths: Looks cool.... if that's even a strength... Weaknesses: Well, I am going to have to agree with the rest of those saying the support SUCKS. Summary: I waited for at least 30 min. on multiple occations till i finally had time to sit on the phone long enough for them to take the stupid call. Aparently, they are no more supportive than what i can do myself, because he put me on hold for 15 min after i explained the problem, only to tell me that I should take it back to the store and get a new one cause something is wrong with it. Weaknesses: Quick start CD install. Tech support. Summary: Overall I'm very happy with the product. Fast and reliable. Avoid the Quick start CD install in follow the manual instead. Does not do invisible mode correctly. Manual on cd is not very good. Support has problem understanding the problem stated about a setup of the router. They either do not have one or they are like so many support people now that read from a manual and think it is going to be fine once they read the manual to you. 63% of People (5/8) found this review helpful. Strengths: Nice lights on front of panel Weaknesses: Had a D Link 624 Mimo, flat out superior in all areas Summary: Quick setup was a joke, tech support from accross the pond was actually funny untll the disconnect at 30 minutes into a useless session. amalgam Member Since: Jan 2007 View Member's: Reviews	Lack of Support from D-Link Strengths: Seems to be a clear strong signal Weaknesses: Absolutely the poorest support I've ever received from a company of this nature Summary: Bought and installed the router to work with a new satellite-Internet system, but (as you know) almost no router just "installs and starts working perfectly right off the bat". I called D-Link and struggled through their automated answering system maze...I held 40 minutes to talk with a technician!!! When the technician answered the phone, he was polite and tried to be helpful but was simply reading the prompts from his computer. Then, to top it all off, right when we were getting to the meat of the matter, we were disconnected. I managed to get the router to work through the brief conversation with the Tech Rep and good common sense.
