1 Star ReviewNot Worth the Money at ALL
Strengths: None
Weaknesses: Difficult to load; overpriced; not practical
Summary: I could go on an on. I practically hate this dishwasher!

*impossible to load.Dish racks are made for tea cups and saucers. Nothing much larger. Bowls are the most difficult to wrestle inside *the dishes must be positioned downward, which is very difficult with their rack, because water comes up from the bottom ONLY. NO extra spray from above *plastic containers never dry. It's drying capability is also very tempermental. It has to have rinse solution or will not dry anything*cannot run just a "dry" cycle * the wash cycles are extremely long. Normal is 115 minutes; heavy 132 minutes and fast is 56 minutes. *Moderately soiled dishes will not clean on a "fast" cycle. Must use "Heavy" or "Normal."

The motor has had to be replaced after 2 years at a cost of $400! *Customer Service is no help and snooty. *Many contractors are not qualified to work on this brand. * Contractors charge extra to install it**

Save your money and purchase another brand.

1 Star ReviewI used to love my Fisher/Paykel DD603 Double Drawer Dishwasher
Strengths: Extremely quiet. Easy to load. Controls are easy to understand. Cleans dishes very well -- always spotless.
Weaknesses: After only three years of use, both drawers have died. The main processor boards got blown, and the replacement I order, for $102.70 blew up within one hour of use.
Summary: I'm a Realtor, and I used to love to show our new kitchen to friend and neighbors. When out showing homes, I'd notice $500K houses and marvel that the builder's dishwashers could compare with our Fisher/Paykel.

Not any longer. I'm embarassed to say that after I researched this unit for months, I am online to night looking for someone else's product. My wife and I have decided to pull the unit and just find someone else's product. Why would we pay nearly $500 to have this unit fixed? Being only 3 years old, it never should have gone out in the first place.

I love the drawer concept but the quality if sorely lacking.
