Weaknesses: Sometimes it is difficult to cook meat near the bone when doing chops or rib steaks.
Summary: The broiler is a terrific item that makes cooking within a small apartment much easier than having to use the oven. Keeps the food tasting fresh all the time. Cooks everything just as you would like it to be.
