Strengths: Excellent sound quality on mobile (cell) and home cordless phones, lightweight
Weaknesses: A tad difficult to put on in a jiffy
Summary: I've used various headsets for phones, this one has excellent sound quality whether I use it on a cordless phone or cell phone. Volume doesn't seem to be an issue, as I don't work in loud environments. But it also seems like it would get plenty loud for me. The ear clip or whatever you want to call it is a bit awkward, but eventually stays on easily and helps the headset stay stable on your ear. It is really a simple product, and does what it is supposed to do. No complaints from anyone I've talked to about outgoing sound quality either.
The fact that it's lightweight and easy to carry around is a big advantage as well. This is my second purchase of this item for another phone (no, my first one didn't break).
