Summary: My life is full of stress-much like everyone else's, I'm sure. I got to where I was falling into bed every night feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. I decided to buy some products that promised to help relieve stress and get me relaxed for better sleep. Some worked, some didn't. This mask was my favorite thing I bought, hands down! I put it on for about 15 minutes every night and it just melts the stress away. It gets rid of headaches and tension. When I take it off, I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I'm able to enjoy my bedtime routine and get a great night's sleep and start the next day refreshed. I love it!
