Strengths: Bright and Vibrant screen, Long Battery Life while playing videos and mp3s, Fantastic Audio Quality, Easy to use interface, Touchpad down the middle for easy selection, lots of variety with colors
Weaknesses: Twice the size in width of the Ipod Video, may take a while to get used to the controls, awkward dongle for transferring files
Summary: Overall, I believe that this is in fact better than the Ipod Video. Although it is a bit larger than the Ipod Video, it can play videos for about twice as long on battery and many people have done screen tests and have seen that the Vision: M has a brighter and more vibrant screen. Also, restriction-free file transfers means that you don't have to use a program to transfer files to this device like the Ipod does with iTunes.
