Strengths: powerfull unit with good features
Weaknesses: it on the heavy side...which a good unit has to be!
Summary: Rather than buy a stand alone battey booster pack, I opt for the added convience of a combo unit that supplies both ac and dc power with the ability to jump start a vechile.
this unit will jump start a vechile with a flat dead battery with no problem at all...maybe a couple more too. Some of the lighter units out there wont so you can expect a service call if your battery goes dead.
Its also a must have for a power outage.It will keep a compact floresent light bright for up to eight hours!!,and will power small appliances and tools.
good solid well made unit.
