Strengths: none
Weaknesses: 1.Charged my card for the full amount 1 wk+ before delivery. 2.Product was delivered scratched and dented twice. 3.After 2 deliveries, they refunded my $; no product
Summary: This was really a horrible buying experience. I guess it's my fault that they couldn't deliver me an undamaged unit. I was surprised that I was charged so far in advance of my delivery date; the product was delivered twice, both times it was scratched and dented. On the first delivery, they brought it in before we looked at it and after being warned to BE CAREFUL of not scratching the floors, they still scratched our hardwood floors in the process.
