Summary: First of all, I love fondue. I think my old fondue pot got more use than any other kitchen utensil...almost. Finally I had to upgrade to an electric, dishwasher safe fondue pot. This is really really nice due to the temperature guage; you know exactly what setting to cook your food at, so your meat isn't underdone and your cheese isn't scorched. Plus you don't have to preheat it on the stove first! It's electric, so no need for gelled fuel. And it's dishwasher safe. Great great little appliance; priced just right!
