Strengths: Good Quality construction, easy to set up
Weaknesses: Not as heavy duty as the ones in the Gym, but works fine for using it a few times per week.
Summary: I have used this at the Gym with my trainer and it really makes a difference. It is the best tool for working your core muscles, worth the money.

Strengths: Versatile; great for balance training and core training. Very supportive and comfortable for crunches. Fun and innovative; different than any other exercise product I've ever used.
Weaknesses: Pricey for a ball trainer. Not really portable but can store neatly under the bed.
Summary: I would recommend the Bosu trainer. It is a very innovative piece of equiptment that is great for abdominal work-outs. It also scores high for its balance training aspects. It's fun to test your balance and agility and I would recommend it for users from the age of 6 and up. When exercises become too easy, you can also flip the bosu trainer so the ball rests on the floor to really challenge yourself.
