Strengths: Eliminates running speaker wire to rear surround sound speakers.
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I bought the SWA3000 to go with my new Samsung HT-TQ85T 5.1 HTIB and new Samsung HLS6187W 1080p HDTV. Set up was very easy and the unit picked up the receiver without a hitch. The shiny black finish coordinates well with the other system components. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Summary: I just purchased this wireless receiver and it was very easy to set up. I am using it with an Samsung HT-X70 home theater system and it sounds great. I would recommend it.

Strengths: Easy setup and installation.
Weaknesses: Not a generic system, use with Samsung products only.
Summary: Added this system to a Samsung HT-X40 system (see other review) to avoid running wires. Works excellent and what an easy setup. The receiver does have to be wireless enabled, this is not a generic system and I assume it will work with Samsung wireless enabled systems only.

Sound quality seems to be just as good as wired system, and even though I have a 2.4GHz wireless network, I've noticed no interference.

If you want rear speakers but can't (or don't want to) run wires, this is a great solution.

3 Star ReviewWorks just Fine
Strengths: Looks good, easy setup
Weaknesses: Proprietary speaker links, so you can't just buy new speaker wire and use them.
Summary: Unit works well, has a nice feel and look to it. I had a problem with one of the connectors though, and the connectors are unique to Samsung, so you can't just buy replacement wire and use it. I had to contact Samsung and get a replacement. They were very helpful and sent our a replacement set that I received within a week, so not a big deal, but still a hassle if something goes wrong.
